At 678, we make sure your order gets to you safely, quickly, and with care. Below you'll find everything you need to know about shipping your street-ready essentials.

Return Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Item Condition
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • Tags must still be attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage (not caused by us) will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or received a defective item, we’ll gladly exchange it—based on stock availability.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Personalized/custom orders

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
